About the client:
Our client is a publishing company that operates a network of newspapers and online media platforms. They work with a diverse range of businesses to sell ad spaces across these platforms, but their existing workflow had limitations in flexibility and visibility. By implementing a centralized ad management system, they now have the tools to enhance ad sales and streamline management across multiple publications.
Problem client faced:
The client owns several newspapers and online resources where businesses can buy ad spaces. However, each sales rep could only sell ads for one specific resource, limiting their ability to offer a full range of options to clients. Plus, with ad orders tracked only in a Google Doc, managing and overseeing ad sales was complicated and inefficient. They needed a system that would allow sales reps to see all ad resources in one place and to manage ad orders smoothly across multiple platforms.
Our solution:
We built a custom ad management platform that centralizes all the client’s advertising resources, allowing sales reps to offer ad spaces across multiple publications. The system also organizes customer data and tracks all ad orders, giving the client a complete view of their ad sales operations. This approach lets sales reps offer clients multiple options, boosting ad sales and providing the client with better control and insight into ad placements and billing.
